Vendor Registration for the 2024 Fall Conference is now closed.
Vendor Information
Vendor Registration: Vendor registration provides one, six-foot display table, access to sessions, and lunch at the keynote address. Additional lunches may be purchased, with purchase of single registration. Additional table space may be purchased until the space is full.
Attendance: Our conference attendance averages 110-130 teachers, administrators, social studies experts, non-profit organization directors, and university faculty.
Shipping: Our conference venue does not allow for preshipping of vendor materials. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Table arrangement: The 6-foot tables are a “first come, first serve” arrangement the morning of the conference.
Electricity: Tables have access to power outlets, though vendors should be prepared with extension cords.
Vendor times: The one-day conference has vendor times woven in between the conference sessions, allowing attendees to interact with vendors. Vendor setup begins at approximately 6:45 am with exhibit floor time beginning at 7:30. Here is the current schedule, tentative:
6:45—vendor access to space
7:30—Conference registration begins, with attendee access to vendors
8:30-9:20—Session 1
9:20-9:30—Break and Vendors
9:30-10:20—Session 2
10:20-10:30—Break and Vendors
10:30-11:20—Session 3
11:20-11:30—Break and Vendors
11:30-12:20—Session 4
12:30—Lunch and Keynote-No further formal vendor opportunities.
